For the past month and a half I’ve been very responsible with what I eat on a day to day basis. I’m trying to eat healthier. Why is it, you ask? Well some of my followers surprisingly went all feminist on me with comments such as; ”Is it because you’re in love now and some dude is telling you, you’re too fat?! Don’t listen to him Cherry!!!” lol. You can breath ladies, it has nothing to do with that. If there’s one thing y’all should know by now is that I’m not one to be easily manipulated and those who’ve ever attempted to do so, I don’t bother to involve myself with anymore. Now that we got that all cleared up, we can move on haha. Like every other human being on this planet, I too get older and I’ve noticed that my irresponsible eating was kind of getting to me. Even though I work out at least 4 days a week, that wasn’t enough. My body needed more care and was desperately asking for some self love. So I had to listen and started watching a whole bunch of YouTube video’s on delicious healthy food recipe’s that were easy to make and affordable. I found some I liked and some I liked a little less but it definitely gave me some ideas.
Why I never bothered to eat healthier before is because I used to have this whole idea that healthy food was more expensive than junkfood, which is kind of true…because a hamburger from McDonalds is much cheaper than a salad from SLA. But that’s besides the point! For your information, healthy food does not just consist out of water and rabbit food (salads). I came up with some recipe’s that I wanted to share with you guys, as I did in this video I recently uploaded on my YouTube channel.
